Processing and Handling:

At Vamahu, we understand the importance of delivering your orders with care and efficiency. Our dedicated team operates diligently from Monday through Saturday to ensure your orders are processed and prepared for shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that we do not fulfill orders on weekends or holidays.

Note: Customized orders may require additional processing time (2-3 days)

Shipping Time:

  • US orders: 5-7 business days
  • Vietnam orders: 3-5 business days

Free Shipping:

We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of destination! Enjoy the convenience of having your Vamahu silk accessories and items delivered to your doorstep without any additional shipping charges.

Delivery Methods:

  • US orders: Depending on your location and shipping preferences, your order may be shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other reliable carriers.
  • Vietnam orders: We partner with reputable local shipping carriers such as Vietnam Post, Viettel Post, and Giao Hang Tiet Kiem to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Tracking:

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order’s journey. We kindly ask for your patience as it may take some time for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system. If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email or need assistance with tracking your order, please contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you. Don’t be alarmed if the tracking details still say “awaiting package” or something similar. Quite often, the USPS or other postal providers do not update their online tracking system until just before they have delivered the item.

Unexpected Delays:

While we strive for prompt delivery, please be aware that occasional circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, holidays, or customs processing may lead to slight delays in delivery. Rest assured, we will do our utmost to keep you informed of any delays and resolve any issues promptly.

Incorrect Address:

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check and provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We regret that we cannot assume responsibility if your order is delivered to an incorrect address. If you need to make changes to your address after your order has been dispatched, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Lost in Transit:

In the rare event that your order is deemed lost in transit, rest assured that we will work swiftly to resolve the issue. We will either remake and reship your order promptly or provide you with a full refund for your purchase.
