Once your order is confirmed, you have a 24-hour window to reach out to our customer service team to request any modifications or cancellations. Beyond this timeframe, your order will have entered the fulfillment process and will no longer be eligible for changes.

RETURN AND REFUND

At Vamahu, our aim is to ensure that each customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a return or refund is necessary. Therefore, we have outlined a comprehensive return and refund policy to address your needs effectively.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

We want you to be delighted with your Vamahu purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
  1. Non-eligible Items:

While we strive to accommodate all return requests, certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include:

  • Customized or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Items marked as final sale, which are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • The item is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the buyer.
  • The buyer claims the item is unacceptable without providing photographic evidence.
  • The buyer returns the item or refuses delivery without prior authorization for the return.
  • The shipment is lost or stolen. If your package does not arrive, please contact us to initiate a USPS claim. If you have already filed a claim, please inform us so we can assist with the follow-up process.

We aim to make the return process as seamless as possible for our customers. Here’s how to initiate a return:

  • Once your return request is approved, carefully package your item(s) and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with your return shipment to expedite the processing of your refund.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

While we do our best to accommodate returns, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged or defective).

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the issue. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost or a full refund.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages:

Vamahu holds no liability for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim. However, we are committed to assisting you in any way possible to resolve the situation.
